When a brand as established and popular in its home country as Juan Valdez Cafe decides to enter the US market, one of the most crucial aspects of nationalization is the ability to communicate as a native, even if market penetration is planned in a largely Spanish speaking city, as is the case with Miami.

I worked with Juan Valdez through a local agency that was contracted to handle the Company’s US marketing efforts. In my capacity as a copywriter, I produced copy for use in a range of the Company’s publications and posts in the US including:
